TERMS OF SERVICE! ❁ུ۪
(CASHAPP & VENMO USD)• I have the right to post/use any commission as an example of my artwork for any of my social medias.☆ No refunds! First payment is 50% of the commission price after the sketch is finalized, and the other 50% is paid after the commission is completed & you are satisfied with the outcome!• I have multiple styles and don’t mind being asked to draw in any specific style (excluding realism)• (if commissioned for custom design) after your commission is finished, you hold all rights to the character and can change the design/sell the design etc. to your hearts content. The only thing I ask is to be credited for my design/art (Although I do not allow selling ANY of my art as a T-shirt, NFT or sticker, etc.)• I have the right to take my time on any commission (although I tend to start & finish them quickly), especially if an emergency occurs.
Wait-time usually does not exceed a couple days, or two weeks.• If a commission needs to be finished by a specific date, the rush fee is an additional $5!• I do not hold any responsibility for what happens to a design or character I have created after it is sold. Once it is sold, I have nothing to do with it except for the creation of its original design.• I have the right to blacklist anyone from being able to purchase my commissions in the future if they fail to pay me for my work appropriately.
